Nutren® Fibre is a nutritionally balanced, complete diet for oral consumption or tube feed, suitable for diarrhea or constipation management. It contains high fibre, high protein, essential vitamins and minerals and a balanced omega6/omega 3 ratio.

Directions For Use:

Total Volume  Nutren® Water 
250mL (250kcal) 58g or 8x scoops 210mL
500mL (500kcal) 115g or 16x scoops 415mL
1L (1000kcal) 230g or 32x scoops 830mL
  • Wash your hands. Refer to feeding table listed on the tin.
  • Measure 210mL of warm water and pour into a clean cup or container.
  • Add 8 leveled scoops or 58g powder using the scoop provided in the tin.
  • Stir well until the powder has completely dissolved.
  • 6 servings per day or as per recommended by your healthcare professional. 
  • Do not change proportions. Follow feeding instructions or recommended daily consumption. 
  • For oral feeding: All prepared products should be consumed within 4 hours. Recap unused portion, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. 
  • For tube feeing: Transfer the prepared product into a sterile closed system and administer within 4 hours. 

Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, vegetable oils (high oleic sunflower oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, medium chain triglycerides, coconut oil), whey protein, calcium caseinate, fibre (citrus fibre, oat fibre, arabic gum, fructo-oligosaccharide, inulin), sucrose, minerals (potassium phosphate, calcium carbonate, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium citrate, magnesium chloride, magnesium carbonate, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate, chromium chloride, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, sodium selenate), glucose syrup, sodium caseinate, casein, emulsifiers (E471, E472c, E322), choline bitartrate, vanilla flavour, vitamins (C, E, calcium pantothenate, nicotinamide, B1, B6, B2, A, folic acid, K1, biotin, D3, B12), L-Carnitine, taurine, anti-caking agent (E341), beta-carotene. 

Allergen information: Contains milk, tree nut and soyabean products. 

Storage:

  • Unopened, store in a cool dry place. 
  • Once opened, use within one month.
  • Reseal the lid tightly. 

Cautions: 

  • Contains vitamin K. Individuals taking warfarin shall seek medical advice before consuming this product.
  • Use under healthcare professional supervision. 
  • For the dietary management of patients with malnutrition or at risk of malnutrition. 
  • Suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
  • Not for intravenous use. 
  • Not suitable for children below 4 years of age. 
  • Do no add medications or other foods if product is tube-fed.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
