Dermal Therapy Very Dry Skin Lotion is an everyday moisturizer designed to deeply nourish and hydrate very dry skin. A single application of Very Dry Skin Lotion keeps your skin moisturized for 24 hours and has been clinically proven to increase skin hydration. It also promotes the softening and gentle removal of dead skin cells. Formulated with Vitamin E, Dimethicone and Urea in a blend of moisturizing emollients, Dermal Therapy Very Dry Skin Lotion is suitable for use by those with very dry and cracked skin.

Directions For Use:

  • Apply all over the body or affected areas as required on a daily basis.
  • For best results, use in conjunction with Dermal Therapy Very Dry Skin Wash.
  • Patch test before use is recommended.

Ingredients:
Aqua, Urea, Cetearyl Alcohol, Lanolin, Decyl Oleate, Mineral Oil Glycerine, PEG-20 Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Dimethicone, Centipeda Cunninghamii Extract, Sodium PCA, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Allantoin, Panthenol, Aloe Vera Gel, Fragrance, Arginine.

Cautions:

  • For external use only.
  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Discontinue if local irritation or rash occurs during use.
  • Recommended for adult skin only.
  • Do not use on inflamed skin and open wounds.
  • Store below 30°C in a dry place.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Refund & Cancellation

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
